In plain terms.
Guardian™ is a SENTINEL protection line under which you and one guardian Approver approve every matching transfer together.
Matching transfers do not clear until both of you have approved them through the SENTINEL interface, subject to any time windows and confirmation steps you configure.
It is the simplest form of true dual consent: a second, human check on every movement that meets the conditions you set.

You designate one Approver
You alone choose the guardian Approver and the conditions that put a transfer in scope, through the wallet or client interface.
SENTINEL holds the transfer
A matching transfer is placed on hold and withheld from clearing until the required approvals are in. Your Approver acts with their own portable post-quantum identity key.
Both approve, or it does not move
The Approver may approve, decline, or let the request expire. SENTINEL enforces your configuration automatically — Vaulnox exercises no discretion over whether any transfer is approved.
What it is not.
- Your Approver is not a keyholder. They hold no key share that can move assets on its own, and no right to initiate, originate, redirect or compel any transfer. They hold a right to approve or decline — nothing more.
- It creates no co-ownership. No joint account, joint tenancy, community property, partnership, joint venture or trust. You remain sole owner of your Vault and Digital Assets, with sole legal and beneficial title.
- Your Approver owes you no duty. Unless they have separately agreed in writing to act in a fiduciary capacity, the power they hold is a bare, non-fiduciary power — they may decline for any reason, or none.
Only one protection line may be active on a Vault at a time. Where a Vaulnox Virtual Asset Protection Trust™ is active, it may occupy that slot exclusively.
