Your keys outlive you.Nothing is stranded.
You name who succeeds to your Vault, in the order you choose. If the day comes, SENTINEL hands them control — without ever exposing a private key, to them or to us.
PremiumInheritance Protocol is included with Premium.
In plain terms.
The Inheritance Protocol is an optional SENTINEL configuration through which you designate one or more people — each an Heir — in a priority order you set, to succeed to control of your Vault and the wallets beneath it.
Succession happens only on a Medical Event that is triggered and verified through the process you configure. Nothing moves on a whim, on our judgement, or on an Heir’s say-so alone.
Your service level sets how many Heirs you may name: one at Premium, and up to five at Elite.
Three steps.
You designate
You name your Heirs and their priority order, and set the verification your protocol will demand. Encrypted delegation credentials are generated on your own device.
Sealed in the enclave
Those credentials are sealed inside the SENTINEL secure enclave under post-quantum cryptography. Vaulnox never holds your private keys and cannot read what is sealed.
Verified succession
On a verified Medical Event, SENTINEL cancels your Client Key Share and enables the applicable Heir, in your priority order, to obtain a replacement — giving that Heir control of the Vault.
What it is not.
- It is a succession of key control, not a determination of title. Obtaining a replacement Client Key Share does not by itself decide legal ownership as against your estate, heirs-at-law, beneficiaries or creditors, and does not override applicable succession, forced-heirship, matrimonial or tax law.
- It is not a will, and it is not probate. It is a technical configuration of your key shares. You should take your own legal advice on how it sits alongside your estate planning.
- Vaulnox is not a trustee, fiduciary or legal adviser in operating it. Our role is ministerial: we run the process you configured.
